Alexander Ehlert

Alexander is a partner in the Corporate M&A practice, and he has around 15 years’ experience. He advises corporate clients on M&A transactions and venture capital funds on investment and divestment operations. He also provides legal assistance in corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, particularly in the industrial and technological sectors. Alexander has experience in corporate finance, corporate governance processes, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. In the area of venture capital, he has assisted in setting up, registering and operating venture capital funds and their management bodies. Alexander has an LL.M. from by Humboldt Universität - juristische fakultät, Berlin.
