Partner of the firm since 1992, Alberto is currently the managing partner of the firm. He has considerable experience in financial markets, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in project finance. In addition, he is counselor to prominent families and advisor on estate planning. His ability to perform in different practice areas has allowed him to serve as a corporate governance consultant for public and private companies. He is member of several boards of directors of these companies.
