Mr. Abdullah Ahmad Al-Samdan is a Senior Attorney and International Department Manager at ILG. He has more than 13 years of experience in legal practice, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, franchising, oil and gas, intellectual property, government projects, and Islamic finance law.
Mr. Al-Samdan’s previous experience includes advising clients on corporate matters and handling various types of litigations, and advising on a number of matters including anti-corruption, labor union claims, discursive laws, auditing and due diligence for private companies.
Mr. Al-Samdan holds a Master of Law in Business and Finance from George Washington University, USA, and a Bachelor of Law and High Diploma Advanced Studies in Islamic Finance from Kuwait University.
