- Acting for Group Six United Group, part of a leading Kuwaiti food and beverages group, on the corporate restructuring and the entry of Qoot Group, a leading Saudi food and beverages group, as a new investor. The transaction involved drafting and negotiating more than fifty agreement and the incorporation of more than 20 companies in Kuwait, KSA and UK.
- Advising Al Darwish United Company W.L.L. in relation to the acquisition of 75% (seventy five percent) of the shares of Al Boraq Automobiles Co. W.L.L, the exclusive authorized distributor of carmaker “Porsche” in the State of Qatar.
