DeHeng Law Offices was founded in 1993, which was one of the first private law partnerships that has developed as one of the largest full service law firm providing global services. We have 38 domestic and 11 international offices and over 3,500 legal professionals now.

We have advised on milestone projects such as the listing of Agricultural Bank of China, the then largest IPO in history. We have supported signature infrastructure projects like the Three Gorges Dam, South-to-North Water Diversion Project. And we were among the earliest advisers to Chinese enterprises in outbound investments like the acquisition of Nexteer from General Motors, which marking the starting point for Chinese technology investment abroad.
