Finance
- Dominican Republic counsel to Zona Franca Multimodal Caucedo, in its US$285MM refinancing and increase of senior debt with Citibank and The Bank of Nova Scotia to be used for the expansion of its facilities.
- Assisted Akuo Energy Dominicana as sponsor’s council in its financing of a 50-megawatt wind generation facility in Montecristi.
Real Estate
- Assisted in the acquisition of land in excess of USD10,000,000.00 for the development of commercial real estate in the city of Santiago.
- Assisted in the lease and development of several new retail locations of one the largest multi-department commercial retailers in the country.
