Aabø-Evensen is a law firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions (M&A) and capital market transactions. Our assignments are carried out with small teams of highly skilled and experienced lawyers. Our goal is not to become a large law firm. Our goal is to keep the flexibility of a smaller company, and deliver quality in line with or better than major international companies. Aabø-Evensen represents both national and international clients. This includes both European and global private equity funds, real estate and infrastructure funds, family offices and venture capital funds. In addition, we also represent entrepreneurs, investors as well as listed and unlisted companies. The partnership in Aabø-Evensen is characterized by an "entrepreneurial spirit" in our way of thinking and acting, and international in our training and practice. Since our firm’s inception in 2002, we have established a broad international network of leading international law firms.
