    On October 10, 2019, Koshidaka Holdings Co., LTD., listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, (the “Company”) announced the dividend in kind, the distribution of property other than cash, to its shareholders of all shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Curves HOLDINGS Co., Ltd (the “Koshidaka Spin-off”).
