Equatorial Guinea outfit Solege Limitada has an association with Miranda & Associados, a Portuguese firm with a network of formal relationships with local firms across the continent. The firm’s relevant work mostly involves advising oil companies with interests in Equatorial Guinea. 

The firms recent work highlights include financial transactions for oil and construction companies and a dispute, where it is representing three US companies in $580 million proceedings brought by Equatorial Guinea’s customs authorities.
