Benjamin Y Li

Benjamin is a partner in the firm’s corporate and investment practice. As a Taiwan Bar member since 2002 (and a New York Bar member since 2005), he first gravitated towards M&A work, representing one of the true generalist-type practices, and then became specialised in private equity and securities governance advisory.
