Xianming Li (asialaw)

Li Xianming is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai and Beijing. His practice areas include banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and capital markets. Mr. Li has spent the last two decades focusing on business fields such as financial trusts, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and direct investment.



Mr. Li has pioneered many innovations regarding the design and implementation of trusts. For example, Mr. Li designed the first collective fund trust after the implementation of Trust Law and the first trust of its kind to use collective trust funds for primary land development. He has provided legal services during the establishment of Shanghai Trust Registration Center and has served as its retained legal counsel after its establishment.
