- Acquisition of a Domestic Company by D&B International Group and Its Chinese Subsidiary: Advised Dun & Bradstreet International Group and its Chinese subsidiary on the acquisition of a domestic joint venture company. Grandway provided legal advice on historical shareholder issues, participated in negotiations, and drafted bilingual transaction documents. The transaction was successfully completed in 2022.
- Acquisition and Merger of Two Companies by Shanghai Guosheng Group Co., Ltd.: Provided comprehensive legal services in connection with the acquisition and merger involving Shanghai Investment Consulting Group and Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences Group Co., Ltd., including due diligence, transaction structure design, document drafting, and closing support.
