Qi Hu (asialaw)

Ms. Hu, a partner at Grandway Law Offices and the head of its Hangzhou office, graduated from Zhejiang University and Peking University. She currently serves as an external member of the Sponsorship Internal Approval Committee of Soochow Securities, Vice Chair of the Securities and Capital Market Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association, Vice President of the Zhejiang Mergers and Acquisitions Federation, a practice instructor for postgraduate law students at Peking University Law School, and a practice mentor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Law School. She previously served as a member of the inaugural External Bond Expert Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
