Lijuan (Lynn) Wang (asialaw)

Ms. Wang's primary practice areas are mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, private equity and venture capital, and foreign direct investment. Ms. Wang has advised numerous clients, including both SOEs and MNCs, in merger, restructuring, investment and financing transactions, providing them with comprehensive legal services including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and transaction closings. Ms. Wang has advised multinational and foreign companies on their foreign direct investments, daily operations, reorganizations, mergers and exits, and also overseas non-governmental organizations on their business operations in China. Ms. Wang has represented clients from industries including education, healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical services), fashion brands, the Internet, e-commerce, automotive, logistics, food, and retail.

Ms. Wang also focuses on the areas of life science and healthcare. She regularly advises clients on business model compliance, healthcare data compliance, and drug and patent right license-in projects.

Before joining Han Kun in 2016, Ms. Wang practiced for three years with another leading Chinese law firm.
