Kok Meng is a founding partner and the joint managing partner of Aquinas Law Alliance LLP, heading the Corporate Practice Group.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Kok Meng is a veteran lawyer with more than 15 years of experience working on public offerings for corporations from the People’s Republic of China and Singapore (both primary and secondary listings on the Singapore Exchange). Kok Meng actively acts for clients in major M&A cross-border transactions, guiding them with his insight and expertise.

Kok Meng also advises entities in Singapore on regulatory compliance. He sits on the panel of Singapore branches of international banks in Singapore and frequently advises on banking and finance transactions.

Kok Meng has been recognised in Asialaw as a “Notable Practitioner” (Corporate and M&A) and is regularly named as a “Notable Practitioner” in IFLR1000 (Capital Markets: Equity).
