The IFLR awards is based solely on legal innovation. We are interested in deals that break new legal ground and enrich the legal toolkit available in the market for corporate finance activity. Aside from the domestic market category, all work must be cross-border.

We will also be awarding in-house teams based on their creative use of legal technology, as well as leadership on impactful ESG initiatives.

As part of the awards research process, the IFLR team will review all relevant IFLR1000 submissions. Innovative deals that meet the awards criteria from those submissions will be automatically considered for an award.
