(Juwi), one of the leading experts in renewable energy, in a landmark and complex transaction, involving transfer, construction, operation and maintenance of a portfolio of four photovoltaic (PV) projects, located in Grevena and Kozani, Western Macedonia, with a total installed capacity of 156 MW.

We are proud to have advised Juwi Hellas Renewable Energy Sources Single Member S.A. (Juwi), one of the leading experts in renewable energy, in a landmark and complex transaction, involving transfer, construction, operation and maintenance of a portfolio of four photovoltaic (PV) projects, located in Grevena and Kozani, Western Macedonia, with a total installed capacity of 156 MW.

The projects were developed by Juwi and transferred to Trifylli Solar Holding S.A., a company owned by Mirova, while Juwi undertook the construction, operation and maintenance of the portfolio through the execution of EPC and O&M contracts.

Our core team was led by Vassiliki Salaka and Valia Apostolopoulou, assisted by Nikos Zachos and Pantelis Zalokostas, as well as Stergios Zygouras, Anastasia Petta, Mara Skiada, Ioulia Baslari, Nikos Kazantzidis, Sophia Papasimakopoulou and Konstantina Chranioti.
