Metlen Energy & Metals has successfully closed the order book for its new €-denominated Senior Unsecured Eurobond, issued under Regulation S (Category 1) with a 5.5-year tenor and final pricing at 3.875%.

Metlen Energy & Metals has successfully closed the order book for its new €-denominated Senior Unsecured Eurobond, issued under Regulation S (Category 1) with a 5.5-year tenor and final pricing at 3.875%. Following strong investor demand, the issuance was upsized from €500 million to €600 million, with the book reportedly covered three times. The notes are rated BB+, consistent with Metlen’s existing BB+ rating and stable outlook.
