We are delighted to have worked with Warburg Pincus and Kirkland on the Irish aspects of the sale of Aquila Air Capital, a leading full-service aircraft leasing and financing platform, to funds managed by Wafra Inc., a New York-based, global alternative asset manager.
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2024, pending receipt of customary regulatory approvals and the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
