Cederquist has advised Atrium Ljungberg in connection with the sale of the properties Eken 6 and Eken 14, Marabou’s former chocolate factory and headquarters in Sundbyberg. The buyer is Alecta Fastigheter. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of just over SEK 2.1 billion and comprises just over 36,400 square metres of leasable area.
