IFLR is delighted to present its shortlist for the 2021 IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards.
All deal, team, national and international firm of the year finalists are listed below. All the finalists were carefully selected by the IFLR editorial team after months of research, interviews, analysis and deliberation.

Throughout the research IFLR kept a laser focus on legal innovation in the cross-border market. The shortlist reflects hard work and ingenuity, and seeks to showcase transactions that broke new ground and set new legal precedent in the region.
As ever our decisions were based exclusively on innovation in cross-border work; we have disregarded deal values, client prestige and other such aspects as much as possible. All the shortlisted deals closed during the awards review period, which was between January 1 2020 to December 31 2020.
