Lantai Partners has opened a new office—which is the firm's tenth—in Zhengzhou, Henan province.
The new office is comprised of 16 people, including five partners. It will provide legal services to local government and traditional sectors such as equipment manufacturing. It will also expand business in the information technology, biotech, medical and intelligent manufacturing sectors.
The new office will be led by Cheng Yang, who was a partner at Lantai’s Beijing headquarters and practices compliance, labour law and dispute resolution.
The new office will help the firm expand into the Henanese and Central China legal markets.
兰台律师事务所近日开设了位于河南省郑州市的分所，这是兰台的第十家分支机构。
郑州分所目前有16名员工，包括5名合伙人，未来将在服务以装备制造为代表的传统行业和当地机关单位外，扩展在信息技术、生物医药、智能制造等高端产业的法律服务。
分所负责人为程阳律师，她原任兰台北京总部合伙人，其主要执业领域为合规、劳动人事、民商事争议。
兰台表示，郑州分所的设立将助力律所进驻河南、布局中部地区法律服务市场。
