Clifford Chance has recruited a restructuring and insolvency partner in France from a local specialised boutique.
Delphine Caramalli will join the international firm's restructuring and insolvency team as a partner in the Paris office. She joins from Bremond & Associes where she worked for seven years.
Caramalli is specialised in financial restructuring, insolvency proceedings and M&A related to reorganisation and reversal transactions. She works for buyers or shareholders, as well as private equity funds, hedge funds, domestic and international investors and other lenders.
