Dutch local firm Florent has hired an experienced partner in Amsterdam from international rival.
Pieter van Uchelen joins the firm after 20 years at Simmons & Simmons. He had been a partner at Simmons since 2007 and had fulfilled a number of management roles, including as country head for the Netherlands office. He is experienced in M&A, private equity and corporate restructuring. He acts for national and international corporates, as well as for private equity and infrastructure funds.
van Uchelen's addition increases Florent's corporate partners in Amsterdam to three.
