Proskauer has hired a new private funds partner in London.
Leith Moghli joins the firm from Reed Smith and will be part of the global private funds practice.
Moghli acts for fund sponsors and financial institutions on fund formation work. He has a particular focus on secondary, debt, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, natural resurces and energy funds.
He also advises on on carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements, including leveraged co-investments and separate account arrangements.
Before joining Reed Smith Moghli had been a partner a Kirkland & Ellis and worked at the firm for over 9 years.
