We are very proud of announcing that Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem, Founder and Senior Partner of Erdem & Erdem, has been appointed as Chair of ICC Commercial Law Practice Commission (ICC CLP Commission).
He has been a long-time active member of the ICC CLP Commission, participating in many working groups over the years before taking on the role of Vice Chair in 2007 and the Co-Chair in 2016. He was leading the Working Group that prepared the first ICC model contract for services, The ICC Model Contract on International Consulting Services, published in 2017. In addition, he was also member of the Drafting Group revising the Incoterms 2000 rules.
ICC has announced that Prof. Dr. H. Ercüment Erdem has been appointed as Chair of ICC CLP Commission, during 1st ICC Knowledge Solutions Assembly which was held on 27th May in Aero Club of France.
