CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Pośniak & Sawicki has hired an energy and infrastructure partner in Warsaw.
Łukasz Szatkowski joins the firm from Weil Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz where he co-headed the energy and natural resources practice. During his time at Weil he advised both national and international clients in the the construction and development of mining and energy projects, and Ostrołęka coal power plant Unit C is among his work highlights. He also has M&A experience and has worked on the acquisition of PGG, the LOTOS Group and DCT Container Terminal among others.
Szatkowski's addition increases CMS' energy and infrastruture partners in Warsaw to five.
