Allen & Overy has re-hired a new fund focused partner in London to bolster its restructuring team.
Tim Watson joins from a legal counsel role at Davidson Kempner European Partners. He focuses on fund work and distressed debt linked to restructurings.
Before going in-house in 2015 Watson had been a senior associate at Allen & Overy in London.
He will re-join the firm on April 1.
