Gide Loyrette Nouel has hired a team of capital markets lawyers from Dentons in Warsaw.
The team includes Robert Dulewicz who co-headed Dentons' Warsaw capital markets team and will now lead Gide's respective practice. Dulewicz is a debt capital markets specialist.
Other new arrivals include counsel Michał Śmiechowski, senior associate Agnieszka Kozikowska, and trainee lawyer Natalia Skomorowska.
The other co-head of capital markets at Dentons' Warsaw branch, Marcin Bartczak, remains with the firm.
