Five former partners from the Vilnius office of Ellex who left the firm in late 2018 have founded a new Lithuanian firm.
Dovilė Burgienė, Gediminas Rečiūnas, Joana Baublytė-Kulvietė, Aistė Medelienė and Laura Ziferman announced they would be launching Walless in late 2018.
Three more Ellex partners - Povilas Žukauskas, Mindaugas Lukas and Evaldas Klimas - have more recently joined Walless.
The new firm will work across practice areas including banking, competition, M&A, real estate and tax.
