Covington & Burling has hired a new project finance partner in its London office.
Robin Mizrahi joins the firm from Baker Botts. He focuses on project finance and development work in the energy, water, transportation, oil and gas, mining, and industrial sectors with a particular focus on Africa, the Middle East and the CEE.
His recent standout work includes advising on the Bujagali hydropower project in Uganda, the 1320MW Safi clean-coal power plant in Morocco and the 300MW Tarfaya wind project in Morocco.
Laure Berthelot also joins the firm as special counsel.
