Vinson & Elkins has hired a new leveraged finance partner in London.
Paul Simcock joins from Jones Day and focuses on advising private equity sponsors, lenders and investors. His clients include the likes of Alcentra, Blackstone and Investec.
Recent deal highlights include advising on the financing of L1 Retail's £1.8 billion acquisition of Holland & Barrett and work on the refinancing of the Condor Ferries Group.
