Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy has enhanced its London restructuring team with the hire of four partners from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
Yushan Ng, Karen McMaster (both rated as Highly Regarded in the IFLR1000), Jacqueline Ingram (rated as a Rising Star) and Sinjini Saha all make the move. The team advises on corporate and financial restructuring for the likes of Blackstone, KKR and Oaktree.
The hire of Ng is a particular coup as he had co-chaired Cadwalader's financial restructuring group.
