International firm DLA Piper has recruited a new partner in its Amsterdam office to bolster the capability of its banking practice.
Max Mayer, Highly regarded by the IFLR1000, joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he had been for four years as a senior associate, having previously been with Allen & Overy.
Mayer's work is focused on national and international financing matters and has specifically included a number of leveraged finance matters.
