Baltic firm Ellex has strenthened the capacity of its Vilnius M&A practice with the addition of a new IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer to its ranks.
Paulius Gruodis, Highly Regarded by the IFLR1000, joins the firm from Glimstedt, where he had been for more than 14 years.
On joining the team, Gruodis also became head of the strategic M&A and private clients’ subgroup at the firm.
