Tonucci & Partners has hired a new banking and finance partner.
Francesco Saverio Giusti is a New York qualified former professor who has most recently worked in the US, notably at Harvard Law School.
He joins the finance team headed up by Alessandro Varrenti.
The firm is at the moment looking to expand its international capacity.
