DLA Piper Finland - the Helsinki branch of the global firm - has announced the arrival of a new addition to its corporate and M&A practice.
Matti Ylä-Mononen joins the firm from Bird & Bird, where he had been since 2008 and most recently served as the head of its corporate practice.
Ylä-Mononen has been working in the Finnish market since 1992 and brings with him a great deal of experience in the M&A space.
