The Lithuanian branch of Sorainen has added a new counsel to its real estate and construction practice group.
Laura Nalivaikienė joins the team from Valstybinė Teritorijų Planavimo ir Statybos Inspekcija (the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate), a branch of the Ministry of Environment, where she had been in charge for nine years.
In her previous role Nalivaikienė was a pivotal figure in shaping Lithuanian territorial planning and construction regulations and is thus one of the leading experts in that field.
