Gowling WLG has added a corporate partner at its Toronto office from Dentons.
IFLR1000 Rising Star Jason Saltzman's move to Gowling is a homecoming of sorts, Saltzman having been with the firm before his time at Dentons.
Saltzman focuses on M&A, securities offerings, regulatory compliance and private equity transactions.
