Katten Muchin Rosenman has added partner Glen Lim to its commercial finance practice in Los Angeles.
An arrival from Proskauer Rose's LA office, Lim represents banks and other financial institutions in relation to M&A, asset-based financings, first and second lien financings and debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
Previous clients have included Ares Management and Tennenbaum Capital Partners.
