Jones Day has added private equity partner Josh Berick to its New York office.
Berick comes to Jones Day after more than four years at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer.
He focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments.
Berick has advised clients globally, including high-profile companies like BP, McArthurGlen Europe and CPA Global.
His move to Jones Day comes amid a flurry of PE partner movement at the end of February: DLA's New York office , K&L Gates New York team and Cooley's Los Angeles office have also expanded their teams.
