James Lee arrives at K&L Gates after more than six years at Goodwin Procter.
Lee specialises in M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, growth equity investments and divestitures.
He advises clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, technology and oil and gas.
