Cooley has expanded its Los Angeles M&A practice with the addition of partner Ray LaSoya.
LaSoya comes to Cooley after over five years at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where he was the chair of the private equity group.
He represents an array of clients in relation to acquisitions and divestitures, tender offers, public offerings and investments.
