Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer (APKS) has snatched a new corporate partner away from firm Davis Graham & Stubbs.
After 28 years with his old firm, Ronald Levine joins the APKS Denver office.
Levine focuses on public and private M&A, private equity and securities and capital markets transactions.
He has experience in the manufacturing, energy, retail and food sectors.
