King & Spalding adds six corporate partners in Houston

Firm expands Texas team

King & Spalding has added six new partners to its corporate practice in Houston.

Of the six, partners David RunnelsDarren Inoff, Jason Peters and Cindy Lin arrive from Andrews Kurth Kenyon.

Runnels focuses on M&A and project development deals in the energy sector and Inoff on an array of corporate and real estate transactions. 

Peters specialises on M&A deals involving private companies and financing deals involving private equity sponsors, while Lin focuses on M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals.

The remaining two are Stuart Zisman and Roxanne Almaraz, who come to King & Spalding from Bracewell.

Zisman works on the range of development stages for energy projects.

Almaraz also focuses on energy sector deals, and has significant experience with international M&A and joint venture deals.
