Ropes & Gray has lured high profile M&A partner Paul Scrivano from O'Melveny & Myers.
The fomer head of the M&A practice at O'Melveny, Scrivano will now head the Ropes & Gray global M&A practice. He will split his time between offices in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and New York.
Scrivano has experience with high-value M&A transactions, tender and exchange offers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Clients include Mentor Graphics, Alaska Air Group, and BB&T.
