Reed Smith has bolstered its energy and natural resources group with a newly arrived partner in Washington, DC.
Jonathan Cahn comes to Reed Smith from a partnership at Dentons, where he acted as head of the emerging markets energy strategies group.
Cahn has guided cross-border investments in energy, natural resources, and infrastructure projects involving clients from all over the globe.
In addition to practicing in the US, Cahn is a licensed solicitor in the United Kingdom.
The move is the latest in a string of energy hires made by US firms in the past few months (see Baker McKenzie, Latham & Watkins, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher).
