Baker McKenzie has hired a new project finance partner from Chadbourne & Parke in New York.
Margarita Oliva Sainz de Aja, who has been made chair of the North American latin finance practice, specialises in cross-border infrastructure and energy transactions.
She began her legal career at Clifford Chance's Spanish office.
