Latham & Watkins has added to its regulatory muscle with a dual hire in Washington DC.
Partners Patrick Nevins and Eugene Elrod join as members of the oil and gas industry group and the energy regulatory and markets practice.
Nevins arrives from Hogan Lovells, while Elrod comes to Latham from Sidley Austin. Both new partners specialise in oil and gas transportation regulation.
The hires follow shortly after the firm moved to bolster its energy practice in London as well.
