Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson has added a new partner to its corporate department.
V Gerard Comizio will head his new firm's banking practice in Washington DC.
Comizio comes to Fried Frank from Paul Hastings, where he was chair of the global banking and payment systems practice.
Among his areas of specialisation are regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in relation to Dodd-Frank and the BSA/OFAC.
